Matt is the President of Stuckey Ford and Stuckey Subaru. He is the third generation of Stuckey’s to be involved in the automobile business in Hollidaysburg. He leads the sales and service operations at our dealership.

Annie McGarvey

I was born LeeAnn McGarvey, but as far back as I can remember, I have always been Annie. I am the youngest of five children with three older brothers and one wonderful sister. My family and I still remain close; in fact, we have Sunday dinner together every week. My parents are wonderful people to put up with a brood such as we are, celebrating 50 plus years together. Our family has grown in size with all of my in-laws and all of the nieces and nephews. Family is a great thing and I have a GREAT Family!

I live where I grew up in a very small town called Hollentown a suburb of the big metropolis of Fallentimber. I attend Hollentown Assembly of God Church. I get strength from God and through His Grace I get to lift up my voice with others in song. I am the choir director there and I have also directed the Glendale Area Community Choir.

I have been selling Fords since the early '90's but my life changed when I "Joined the Switch" in November of 2000. I enjoy working with John Stuckey and now his son Matt and the entire team here. If you have ever been able to help someone achieve a goal then you may be able to understand what joy I get selling a car.

When I was asked to tell a little about myself and what I thought about selling cars and working at Stuckey Ford and Subaru I had to stop and remember why I got into the car business. I love working with people. I know that sometimes words are just words, but, I thought of how they told my story and how they fit into my life. Selling vehicles has been trying by times but the times that we get to make a day or help a person is a day that not any words can describe.

Ed Ott

My name is Ed Ott and I feel blessed that I have been born and raised in the Duncansville area. This area is a great place to live. Upon graduation from High School. I served four years in the US Air Force. This helped me as a young man to develop some character and teach me responsibility. I spent several years in production factories: my jobs included handling, recieving and shipping, production scheduling, machine operator, machine mechanic, and set up man. I also spent many years in transportation management and sales for several companies. This allowed me to sharpen my skills in sales and presentation. I have coached Little League and Teener League baseball. I have been active in elementary school wrestling. I have also assisted the local HAFA football program since its inception. I have a passion for reading and writing. I enjoy music, hunting, fishing, skiing, and almost any outdoor activity. I have served as a Deacon in my church for ten years and as a youth counselor and a choir/quartet member. I have a lot to learn about automobile sales. I enjoy the interaction with the people I meet.

David Salome

My name is David Salome. I have been selling cars here at Stuckey Ford and Subaru since March of 2007. During high school I worked in a few part time sales jobs. Upon graduating high school. I enrolled at Penn State Altoona. College wasn' t for me. I started working at Juniata Fabrics. Thanks to my father who is a supervisor. I worked there for three years. I wanted something better for myself. The opportunity came up to sell cars. I was a little leary at the time. It turned out to be one of the best decision's I've ever made. I love the business and my passion is serving people. I got Viral Menegitis a few years ago and almost died. It brought me alot closer with my faith. I enjoy living everyday. I thank God everyday for what I have. I enjoy spending time with my fiance that I am marrying in July 2009. My father is a big part of my life. He taught me alot about respect and loyalty. Work hard and don't complain because it could be alot worse. My mother taught me to be sensitive and loving. I enjoy playing golf during the summer and bowling durning the winter months. I am a Penn State football season ticket holder. I enjoy attending football games at Beaver Stadium. I am a sports fanatic. I bleed blue and white. I have been a Penn State fan for as long as I can remember. Doing this job I meet alot of different types of people. I work hard and don't accept faliure. Its more like a missed opportunity than faliure. Winning isn't everything and winners are never happy. I strive for success. Which in my beliefs can only be accomplished by being fair, poilte, and honest. Thank you for taking the time to read this biography.
